The 2017 Siduri is brilliant deep ruby, plush and mouthwatering, infused with lush aromas of black cherry and black raspberry. Rich and voluminous on the palate, with a superb silken mouthfeel, packed with dark cherry preserves! The finish --as is the case with all the great 2017’s --is marvelously high-toned and vibrant, bracing the natural opulence of the vintage!
Pretty compelling from a winery that needs little introduction! Enjoy!
About the wine
Today, Siduri’s breadth and depth of Pinot Noirs is truly unique. They specialize in cool-climate Pinot Noir, producing only single-vineyard, single-variety wine from twenty vineyards stretching from Santa Barbara to the Willamette Valley. Why? Because they believe that great wine is made in the vineyard. To that end, they’ve developed long-term relationships with some of the West’s most sought-after growers and vineyards. And we purchase the majority of our fruit by the acre rather than the ton.

"Great value for the price. Darker ruby, cherry nose. Fuller bodied." - Suit 'n Flip Flops

"Winemaker Adam Lee’s first crack at a Santa Barbara County blend is a hit, and he plays in the lighter end of the Pinot Noir spectrum as well. Aromas of crushed slate, red cherry and rose petals lead into a bouncy palate that’s tart in flavors of pomegranate and raspberry."
